- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. They may take preliminary exam while studying, but must show proof of degree to take Main Competitive Exam.
- Candidates must have passed the Matriculation Examination with Punjabi as a subject to be eligible for the Preliminary Competitive Examination.
